Great staff and convenient location

Liked: Allowed us late check out as husband had a prostate cancer operation the following day.

Would love to stop again.

Liked: Konstantin at concierge was friendly, helpful and incredibly welcoming. Hotel is incredibly well located and bed was comfy and clean.

Excellent hotel

Liked: Excellent location Staff Excellent and extremely friendly and helpful.Food was very good value for money. In my opinion it was luxury for little money compared to other hotels in London.
Disliked: The only criticism I have is that the bar stopped serving food at 10pm.After a very busy day and night it would have been nice to have eaten at the bar.
