Liked: The hotel is excellently located - perfect near the London Bridge station. Staff was wonderful and facilities are lovely and comfortable. Very good beds and pillows, very nice bathrooms, lovely facilities, quite, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Plus, pricing is excellent for this location and this type of hotel. Highly recommended.
Disliked: More gluten free options on the menu could have been nice - I ended up not eating here in the end - but the menu looked lovely.

Excellent hotel and location

Liked: Fantastic hotel and location was perfect, very close to Borough Market and the London Bridge tube station was over the road too. The staff were friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to book this hotel again when staying in London.
