Excellent, friendly hotel ideally located...

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. The staff at check in made me feel very welcome. The room was spotless and had everything I needed. As a solo traveller I felt very comfortable staying here. The location is in a fairly quiet street and very close to the South Bank attractions. I would definitely return.
Disliked: The only slight negative was that my room was street facing and the lights from the offices across the road shone into my room at night. Blackout curtains would have helped with this.

Liked: Location was perfect, room was lovely and a bonus there was a sewing kit in room as my ‘new dress’ had a hole in it. Also, the staff were very welcoming.

Great stay in an ideal...

Liked: The hotel's location is superb, with numerous attractions just a short stroll away and a wide array of dining options conveniently nearby. The English breakfast is not only delicious but also offered at a very reasonable price, making it a fantastic value for guests.
Disliked: The hotel price was higher than expected, but the unbeatable location and exceptional amenities more than justified the cost.

Liked: staff were great, both reception and bar. Felt very welcome.
Disliked: bedroom on the smaller size but not a problem.

Liked: Great location for where we needed to be in our visit. Near to good train stations and walking distance to tower bridge and restaurants.Polite and helpful staff, our room was very clean and comfortable.Great breakfast too.
