Liked: Amazing location and great staff!
Disliked: All was perfect.

Genuinely friendly staff and hotel...

Liked: Bed comfortable, Room facilities,Breakfast choice , lovely frequent aroma throughout hotel .
Disliked: Police vehicles stationed in front of hotel doors making difficult for taxi drop off . Lamp not working in room , toilet stains at the bottom . Errors in check in .

Great hotel in a great...

Liked: Great one night stay. Visited with my parents, husband and adult children to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday in London. Rooms were lovely with a very comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and efficient. Can't comment on the breakfast as we didn't have it as we were having an early Sunday lunch. Bar area was inviting and relaxing. We were given vouchers for sparkling wine and coffee/croissants. Location perfect - just outside London Bridge station.
Disliked: The bar wasn't open on our return at midnight. It would have been nice to have had a nightcap as we were residents.

Liked: Beautiful stay, perfect location. Staff were very friendly. We were lucky enough to get a room upgrade that was welcomed and the room was amazing.Bed was very comfy and we had great views of outside. We received a voucher for a free drink in the bar of the evening and a free coffee and croissant in the morning. The towels were fluffy, the robe was soft and the White Company products were a nice touch
Disliked: Not a big deal but the Wi-Fi could have been better, if made using the smart TV hard. The bath was a little grimey but probably just due to age and use
