Disliked: Very nice bar area and staff when we checked in where very pleasant and gave us a drink voucher as it was are Anniversary also lovely nice room and the bed was very comfy

We enjoyed it so much

Liked: The location was perfect for us as we love Borough Street Market and also with the tube station nearby it was easy to visit other parts of London
Disliked: Tables for eating with a large family were limited

I would stay here again.

Liked: Great staff, very attentive. Clean, nice rooms, great location.
Disliked: We were a family of 4, my son and his girlfriend were given a room at the front of the hotel and you could hear the trains.
