Liked: Terrible hotel, construction work going on while checking in. The hotel was filthy dirty and dusty due to the work that was going on. I booked a room with private bathroom, when we tried to use the shower there was no hot water. When I asked a member of staff why there was no hot water in the room he just shrugged his shoulders and said that we would need to use shared washing facilities. I booked and paid for use of a private bathroom. I complained about the construction work and the bathroom issue but received no contact from hotel management. We would never have booked this hotel if we were informed in advance that there was construction work taking place but especially with having to use shared washing facilities. The shared bathroom was disgusting dirty and not maintained. A dreadful experience booking.com needs to investigate this hotel and remove them from there list of hotels. This hotel is totally unsuitable for tourists and visitors, what they promote on your website is not what you get. Please do not promote this hotel on your website. The whole situation was disgusting, we feel like we have been taken advantage of by booking.com and the hotel.

Disliked: Pilllows awful, dirty shared bathroom, springs in bed terrible, i could go on … this should not be allowed to be a hotel more like a homeless shelter at best.

Disliked: Filthy dirty room and no hot water to shower. The staff and management refused to help fix the hot water or refund some of the cost of our room's. Avoid this place at all costsWorst hotel I have ever stayed in
