Liked: The room is big and there is a small kitchen. The shower is exceptional for CDMX. Breakfast is OK, but not varied. The room is perfectly equipped for short stays, there was everything I could think of. I would definitely book it again.
Disliked: The view from the window was to the wall of the next house.

Helpful staff and good location.

Liked: Location was excellent for my husband’s meetings. Excellent taco place (Selene) is around the corner and the Catholic Church is 20 m away.
Disliked: Curtains have to be updated and towels are frayed. Dining area for breakfast is cramped.

Liked: The size of the room and of course the neighbourhood which was the most safe in Mexico City.
Disliked: The appliances in the kitchen didn’t work. We asked for replacements for three days, but in the end, they lent us the chef's stove every evening to boil eggs. The employees didn’t speak English, so we couldn’t communicate properly. The carpets were dirty.The bathroom hangers were unscrewed. They didn't bring face towels for two people. The shower faucet was not working properly. The room had partitions with the elevator, and every time someone used it, the wall shook. A large window on the side of the common corridor let continuous light into the room in the evening, so we did not have darkness at night.

Definitely will not be staying...

Liked: The location was nice and the staff was friendly,
Disliked: The stove didn’t work, the refrigerator was old and was leaking water, the sofa was dirty and had stains everywhere, the toilet was clogged, we had to take short showers because the hot water would run out.
