Staff needs to know what goes on at all times. The desk clerk had no idea the water was back on.

Liked: There was no breakfast. The location is very accessible.
Disliked: As soon as I got there, I was told there was no water so I went to walmart to use the rest room. As it turned out, there was water but apparently the man in the reception didn't know. THe room was comfortable enough for the price, but there was an AC unit and no heater. The temperature outside was in the upper 30's and inside the room, it couldn't have been more than lower 50's. I'm from south Texas and I know the summer is long and brutal, but for those cold nights, this hotel was not well equipped.
