Liked: The check in process was easy (I was worried about not having staff there but the communication was so smooth I was able to access my unit easily). Texting with the staff prior to check in was so helpful as I was flying in, and the bed was SUPER comfy which surprised me. I got two great nights of sleep - so unusual when I am away from home! Small thoughtful touched were appreciated - like the dark towels for make up (smart!) and the roomy shower. I also loved the location and being able to wander over to the wine bar, shopping, and other great spots when I had a little downtime!
Disliked: The lighting at the mirror was too dim for good face care and make up application before my event, but that is a small thing and easily remedied. I couldn't figure out how to use the iPad, but also not a real problem for me - I was working all weekend anyway.
