Comfortable and convenient for travel...

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was smaller than expected, but was clean and the bed comfortable, plus plenty of good choice at breakfast. The location is also very convenient if you don't want to drive into and park in the centre of Bordeaux. There is free parking on site and the tram station is less than a 5 minute walk away. I would recommend it as a comfortable base to stay; transport links are excellent and some good restaurants nearby.
Disliked: Our first night stay was spoiled by the people in the room next door who liked to 'chat' until around 4am, but that's no fault of the hotel staff. I know it's an eco-gesture to use the bathroom towels for longer, but as we were only given a bath towel each to use, a hand towel for drying hands after using the loo would have been appreciated.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable, good value for money. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were exceptional, taking time to explain the best way to travel into the city and helping us with any queries. very polite and respectful staff.
