Liked: It is in a beautiful place with lots of walks nearby. Also if you like relaxing, it can be that too!I have never stayed somewhere so clean, it was spotless. Normally when you go self catering there are dirty dishes that you can’t use. Not here, absolutely spotless. The size of it was also much bigger than it looks from the outside.
Disliked: Nothing at all

Pretty but not for me

Liked: Lovely looking lodge. Pretty scenery. Ducks liked to visit.
Disliked: Uncomfortable sofa and chairs.Unhappy about Basic necessaries in the kitchen we had 2 teabags and 3 coffee sachets, salt and pepper. A bit more teabags would have been appreciated.A car is essential you can't walk anywhere.

Amazing stay in an amazing...

Liked: Lovely lodge and site. Easy to find off the A9, close to Pitlochry which is what we needed. It was a very clean and tidy lodge with lots of utensils in the kitchen and personal touches such as folded towels on bed. The WiFi was strong, the tv worked well and decor was lovely. The little highland cow mats were beautiful.
Disliked: The shower temperature was slightly difficult to get to a nice temperature and the bathroom was cold as couldn’t figure out the heating in it. We arrived late to check in which was easy to follow but it did mean our lodge was cold when we got to it and the heating didn’t look like much but it did heat the lodge sufficiently. That is completely based on our own experience though.

Disliked: We thought the local inn would be open for breakfast as was advertised online but unfortunately was not open until 11.30
