Liked: Beautiful property with a huge heated outdoor pool that was open until 10pm. Everything was very clean, with comfy beds. Both restuarants we tried were excellent, with the cafe open late. The water taxi to the park was a nice touch - that helped save our tired feet! We weren't too tired for ping pong outside the gym! Friendly, welcoming staff. Well stocked gift shop.
Disliked: Flights into Orlando were not matching up with our plans, so i added a day at the hotel. When i called the hotel (a month in advance) to ask about keeping the same room for both reservations - i was told it would be no problem. But we ended up having to change rooms. A minor inconvenience, but on a 3 day mini vacation every minute counts.

Liked: Great location, nice and clean
Disliked: Despite paying for early admission to the parks from the hotel you have zero chance. We queued for over an hour just to get in by which time general admissions were being allowed in. No benefit at all. The staff in the main bar were hopeless; we sat for nearly half an hour waiting to be served and despite reminding staff we were there we still didn’t manage it; eventually leaving to get an Uber and eat elsewhere.The car parking charges per night are eye watering ( 36 dollars per night). Whilst the room itself was comfortable and check in staff were actually very helpful, I was left feeling rather underwhelmed and wish I’d stayed further out using the money I’d saved on express passes.
