Convenient location and trustworthy quality.

Liked: LOVE the boat to Universal. Very convenient and the primary reason for booking. Restaurants are very elegant (but a little too pricey!!) and the facility overall has an expansive beauty.
Disliked: Rugs in the rooms. Was a very cold weekend and no heavy blankets provided resulted in turning the heat up higher. No microwave in the room - can't reheat leftovers.

Liked: Great pool area and service here was excellent - they will bring drinks and food to your sunlounger and are very attentive. Sun cream provided at the pool and chilled water and as many towels as you like. Very convenient for the park - great shuttle service on the boat or a really easy walk. Nice coffee shop onsite. Can get Ubers very easily. Big gym that is very well equipped. The bathroom is split so the shower and toilet are separate. This is good because the sink and mirror are still available to use if your partner is in the shower. Everything is so easy here - the staff are very friendly and happy to help.
Disliked: There is no minibar - there is a fridge in the room but it was empty. But there is a well stocked shop in the lobby!

Liked: Location was excellent. The water taxi was a definite plus. The beds were very comfortable and the services were great.
Disliked: Not thrilled with the sink outside of the toilet and bath. The prices for very basic items (bottled water, coffee, etc) were extravagant.
