As expected for the resort...

Liked: The hotel was close to the parks and allowed early access and express passes which we found very useful. The room was basic for a luxury resort, but clean and sufficient for our needs which was basically a place to leave our things and to sleep. Victor, who checked us in was very helpful.
Disliked: Sadly no meals included and although there was a cafe/shop and restaurants on site, prices were steep; even compared to what we would expect for Orlando/the USA.

Liked: Amazing stay, the staff were all great. The location was perfect. We had a lovely room. The decor was beautiful, exceptionally clean. Highly recommend. And the express passes were brilliant

Liked: The proximity to the park was fantastic, the helpful, friendly nature of the staff was great.
Disliked: We had a bit of an issue securing gluten free food for my coeliac daughter. There seemed to be a lot of confusion among the restaurant staff as to what was safe and what wasn’t. The food she received in the end was tasty and well cooked, but additional training would be a massive bonus

Liked: Stayed here one night for express pass hence didn’t really use their facilities or had breakfast. Location is just 8 minute walk to universal.
