Exceptional

Our stat was extremely enjoyable....

Liked: The location was ideal and convenient. We were able to walk to the parks and restaurants in City Walk and the fast passes expedited our wait times. We were able to maximize our time and didn’t have to get in our car to go anywhere.
Disliked: The rooms could use a little bit of a deep cleaning, the carpet had a little odor and overall the rooms looked a little dated, but not dirty. Didn’t affect our stay.

Liked: Club room was great with breakfast, snacks and drinks. Definitely worth it with a family of 4. Great location! Boat access and Express passes was awesome.

Liked: Staff very helpful hotel beautiful I liked the pool was open late so the kids could go in after a long day at the parks. Room service food lovely. A beautiful hotel
Disliked: Pillows very big/high which some may like but just found them too high for us and my children

Excellent hotel

Liked: Excellent location and the room was beautiful. Hotel was spotless clean. Express passes and early park access included in the room stay made it well worth the cost.
Disliked: Bottles of water in the room were 8USD each. No lock on bathroom door.

Liked: Breakfast buffet was very good.
Disliked: Check-in representative James was terrible. He was rude and condescending. He needs a lot more training or should be taken off of that position.

Liked: Water taxi, having waiters at the pool , liked when we arrived that we were greeted , car doors opened and luggage being handled !
Disliked: Didn’t like restaurants downstairs , need a lot more variety for kids !
