Liked: Great location, fabulous rooms and staff super friendly
Disliked: Water bottle charge in rooms excessively expensive, buy from the shop and bring your own!

Liked: The whole experience was amazing. What stood out for me and the family was the door men - who were very helpful and super friendly, the breakfast service team, the suite was was well appointed and had everything we needed for a traveling family of 5. I would definitely stay here when in NY.
Disliked: We had to spend on the pricey bottled water (FIJI) placed in the room, as the alternative was not readily available on complimentary until we requested for it from the housekeeping team. But after that we got plenty and all was well.

Better than expected and very...

Liked: I had not stayed since the remodel. Pleasantly surprised. Staff great, security excellent and location is the best. I will come back.
Disliked: Such limited TV - where is Netflix or Prime Video. Even if we have to use our own accounts? You should fix this.Food is only so-so both room service and in restaurant. Breakfast best.
