Liked: Okay
Disliked: Arranged for something to be done in the room for my daughters birthday, told them I would pay for balloons etc but was told the hotel would sort. They were left a bag of skittles !! No card, no happy birthday sign etc

Good hotel with advantages, but...

Liked: The hotel was nice. Boat to Universal Citywalk was good. Getting multi-use Express Passes was great. Food at Sal's was excellent.
Disliked: The room was okay, but not what one would expect from a five star hotel. They did not even provide paper slippers or toothbrush/toothpaste. The layout of the room was a bit strange, maybe because our room was at the very end of the hallway. They initially overcharged for the room, because they did not see the initial payment I made at booking.com with another card. I had to go back three times to get the situation fixed. Overall, I do not think it was worth the hefty price tag.
