Liked: Always a beautiful stay with excellent facilities, exceptional rooms and staff especially front desk staff, Jonathan in particular was very helpful.

Liked: Fantastic location, theming and exceptional staff. Tala on check in was amazing. Faith on the concierge desk was also a great help.

Liked: I loved that the property was so conveniently close to Universal and offered 24-hour room service, which made our stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable!
Disliked: The hotel was great overall, but one thing I didn’t like was the strong smell in our room, which was a bit off-putting.

Liked: The location and the housekeepers were fantastic.The location to the parks, fast passes, the walk to city walk and water taxi.
Disliked: The smell of cannabis continually in the corridor and rooms - could mandarin the hotel is no smoking.I booked this premium hotel for 2 nights special for my wife’s birthday- which was noted on the booking and confirmed by email from the hotel - unlike the Disney hotels we had done this for, the hotel did nothing nice.The shop in the hotel didn’t really sell provisions for the stay - my wife is a diabetic so this is necessary or us.The left from the car park to the lobby was broken so had to struggle with the luggage.After paying premium Florida hotel rates we still had to pay further money out for car parking for the duration. This is free in many budget hotels in the area such as Rosen Inn.
