This beautiful hotel exceeded our...

Liked: Location was why we selected this hotel.
Disliked: The staff in the evening near the bar were less attentive that we had experienced earlier in the day. Granted, it was near shift change, but if you are open, be attentive.

Liked: The main hotel was fine
Disliked: We would not stay in the "St Moritz" tower again. It is clearly the annexe. Wallpaper coming off the walls, lifts struggling, ice only on the ground floor. Room was fine though small.
