Awesome resort w everything!

Liked: Everything was fabulous! Location near restaurants and shops, rooms spacious and comfy, service everywhere friendly and top notch. Shout out to Maxi at check in who was super helpful and checked in during our stay to see how our trip was going. Stay here!

Liked: We enjoyed the Miami Beach with all facilities served by the hotel and their nice staff. I would stay again. Beach and pool side services were very good and satisfying.What I dislike:- The cleaning of pool. The water was blurred and my daughter had urinary tract issues after 2 days spent at the pool. - Room was so nice, they have a very good mini bar. However, daily cleaning of surfaces was not satisfying. Especially, vacuuming was not done properly.

It was great but weekdays...

Liked: Great location, good beach service, clean rooms, good breakfast. Has pura vida, joe and the juice etc very close - just in front.
Disliked: Long queque entering the breakfast, very crowded pool and beach on Saturday. Delayed beach service on Saturday. The room offered had balcony but not front - side view. I paid for balcony and j thought it would be facing the ocean.
