Liked: The only thing I didn’t like is that they do not have a microwave in the room nor the hotel. And when there’s so many restaurants near and you’re staying the night you could really use a microwave warming up leftovers. Otherwise, very lovely stay.

Liked: The amenities, food quality
Disliked: The staff was friendly, but the last time I stayed with my family the staff went above and beyond. Last time they offered my kids a welcome snack and it really made check in special.

Liked: I've stayed at this hotel too many times to count now and it is consistently top tier. The lobby is so big and inviting and the staff always greet you with a smile, which makes you feel welcome right away. The rooms are spacious and so clean with some of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. I've even inquired about what mattresses and pillows they use because it's just that good, haha! We love being able to go down to the bar to relax at the end of our days and I love that many of the bartending staff are the same since they basically opened. The location is ideal right in the heart of downtown KC and there are many great things to do all around. Even with as big as the hotel is, it is very quiet and we get a good night's rest. We can't wait for our next visit!
Disliked: The one thing that I will say we sometimes have issues with is parking. They do have an attached garage but it's got quite a bit of 'Compact' and 'Valet' spots that can make it hard to find open parking for vehicles that are neither of those things.
