This was our first time visiting and the atmosphere is everything I expected. Mercedes checked us in and she was professional, yet very courteous and she went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. She was heaven sent. I can't thank her enough!

We will definitely go back again when we are in Hollywood and/or have tickets for the Hollywood Bowl (an iconic venue)!

Liked: This hotel has just been completely renovated and it is absolutely beautiful! The service and the service employees were ALL very polite and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing.
