Liked: Well managed and clean facilities. It was great for the conference I attended. The room was great w everything I needed and the bed was comfortable.

Liked: Location was nice. Rooms were clean. Beds were nice and comfortable. Very comfortable pillows! Food at restaurant was good.
Disliked: One employee checking us in on Monday, February 3, could have been a little more friendly and accommodating. She acted like she just wanted to assist us as fast as she could so she could quickly go on to the next guest. She didn't give as any information about the hotel such as where the restaurants were or where any other amenities were. She really needed to be more customer service oriented. Unfortunately, we did not get her name.
