Disliked: We arrive and one room was cancelled by the hotel. Come to find out, your hotel scheduled three rooms for my party. I only reserved two rooms. One room was cancelled and then the third room, which I didn’t know I even had, was not cancelled and I was charged a “non-cancellation” fee. When I finally figured out what happened, the girl in your customer service department said she would send my information in to the “powers that be.” She said she would call me back, but never heard from anyone from Loews! WE WILL NEVER STAY AT YOUR HOTEL AGAIN!
