Fantastic customer service! Comfortable beds. I did not like the kitchen in the bathroom.

Disliked: The fridge, microwave and all kitchen supplies are in the bathroom next to the toilet.

Disliked: The underground parking garage was not secure with closed doors. Anyone could walk into the parking garage and hotel room areas without a key card. Our room was on the bottom floor in an unsecured area. No railings were around our patio and the parking lot was at the edge of the patio. Did not feel safe or secure. I contacted the front desk asking to change rooms and was told they didn't know if they had other rooms available. I later received a text from the front desk letting me know I could text them if I needed anything. I text asking about changing rooms and never received a reply.
