Superb

Nice room but ask for...

Disliked: The bathroom design in room 147 was horrible. the sink is too high and too far away. You cannot wash your face as you cannot get your elbow beyond the width of the sink with a wall on 1 side and a tall ledge on the other. Uncomfortable and impossible to use.

Disliked: Smell of room noise of something either machines from hotel or street close by

Room was very nice and...

Liked: Didn’t have breakfast the location was fine
Disliked: The Jacuzzi was not heated, which was a huge letdown after a long weekend of travel

Nice but not at all...

Liked: Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and attentive. Parking was convenient (and free).
Disliked: Late Check-In required summoning the security patrol which did not answer the first two phone calls placed to the number provided. Shower was hot, but had little flow rate. Hot tub was cold one of two evenings. Morning coffee at the lobby ran out and the replacement took forever to fill a cup due to the presence of unfiltered coffee grinds.

Disappointing

Liked: Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The lock to the door of our room malfunctioned repeatedly. The manager seemed to go through the motions when I spoke with him. He said he would follow up with me but he never did.

Very nice and quiet place...

Liked: The linens and towels were so soft, unlike most hotel chains. Oue room was very clean.

Service could be much improved.

Liked: Charming hotel with a lot of potential and a good location.
Disliked: Young woman at front desk was unhelpful when I asked for help to take 2 heavy pieces of luggage to the room which was quite far away. I had to insist for to agree to call the maintenance guy as they don’t have bell boy.
