Was told that I would get a text when the room was available, waiting 2 hours with no communication. Finally went inside and the girl said that they were too busy to let us know room was available. lol no thanks!

Accommodations and staff were great!...

Liked: From the time I booked, to the time we arrived Staff was super friendly and accommodating! Would definitely stay here again!
Disliked: We were there for New Year's celebration (band). We bought the tickets for sliders/taco bar and music. When we got to the ballroom where band was set up, there was no table assigned for us. It was in a connecting room where the food was. We bought our tickets in advance and we thought that this meant we would be able to see band. We were some of the first to arrive and after realizing this, the staff did set up some tables for us in the main ballroom, but there were many other people after us that did not get seating.

It was ok. Wouldn’t recommend...

Liked: Grounds were pretty. Santa’s lounge was cute. Restaurant was good.
Disliked: Common areas like hallways, stairs, sauna, steam room were gross and not clean. Hair in the corners of sauna. Room seemed poorly insulated…could hear under us.
