Was told that I would get a text when the room was available, waiting 2 hours with no communication. Finally went inside and the girl said that they were too busy to let us know room was available. lol no thanks!

Liked: Clean.
Disliked: Customer service.

Improvement needed fingers crossed remodel...

Liked: Fresh and newer, coffee area was nice kind employees the environment was very nice and refreshing
Disliked: Lack of activity’s on site, over priced, remodel limited access and made building disjointed

Very good. Friendly staff.

Liked: No breakfast offered. Clean even while remodeling. Good value
Disliked: I know the hotel is getting remodeled. I hope the indoor pool area is. The ceiling tiles are broken and falling apart. And the hallway to the pool is very dark.Also the elevators need touching up.

Recommended

Liked: Staff was amazingly friendly. The location was great. Ongoing construction was quiet and did not interfere with our plans.
Disliked: Room amenities were a little dated (ie lack of convenient power outlets), and the room fire place did not work.

Very good

Liked: Location from Mountain Top Ski, Staff was friendly, Heated pool, clean facility, pool table in lobby, and on site restaurant.
Disliked: No late night bar ( not including Crafted Italia Restaurant thats attached or Deck Bar when weather permits )
