Was told that I would get a text when the room was available, waiting 2 hours with no communication. Finally went inside and the girl said that they were too busy to let us know room was available. lol no thanks!

Liked: The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They showed true customer service. They answered the phones super friendly and made sure we got everything we requested to our room with no issue. We truly felt taken care of. We had a breeze of a time getting early check-in, which doesn't usually happen at a lot of hotels i’ve stayed at. We loved that the facilities were open till 11. That is a great time rather than earlier in the night when you can’t enjoy them as much. The bar was lovely and I enjoyed a yummy espresso martini. I got to take that out to the fire outside which was amazing. My boyfriend enjoyed the steam room which was a huge bonus for him. We didn’t mind that it was being renovated at the time. They made sure that it wasn’t an inconvenience for guest.
Disliked: The pillows!
