Comfortable with very welcoming staff...

Liked: It was very convenient and the staff are very friendly and helped with additional requests. Nothing was too much trouble.
Disliked: Carpets were a bit stained, but the room felt clean - just wear and tear. For the price and the ability to use sister hotel and gym I thought was very good though.

Would stay here again

Liked: Location was great, not far from a little shopping centre which was delightful!Restaurant and bar next door to where we were staying so that was ideal!

Liked: Excellent breakfast, and an equally excellent location just off the M27 , we had the disabled room number 27 for our first stay, which was good because we are both disabled.On our return visit we were given room 20, unfortunately, the sound of the showers in the rooms above, was akin to Concord taking off!!

Liked: I would actually like to make a complaint about the bed. It was two single beds pushed together that continuously kept coming apart resulting one of us falling through. To make matters worse we could not get hold of anyone when we tried to call

Liked: Location great for visiting family
Disliked: Upon check in the staff were rude. One pretended they didn’t see us and served someone else who arrived after us and when we finally were checked in, whilst the lady checking us in was talking to us, the other bar staff kept interrupting without even apologising. Checked in with 2 children which were on the booking but when we went to our room the children’s bed was not set up and there was also no spare bedding for us to set it ourselves. Our actual hotel room was clean but the smell of weed throughout the top floor of the hotel was awful and very apparent for the whole evening. Not acceptable when children are there.
