Very nice stay at the...
Liked: Very good location; the reception was prompt, polite, and helpful. The room was very large, clean, and updated.We enjoyed our stay at the Lockport Inn and Suites!

Beautiful place and I would...
Liked: Beautiful picturesque, quiet place. I liked that our room was on the main level and parking was right outside the door. The reception staff were very friendly and professional. The room decor was very pretty. The bathroom was spacious and there was ample storage spaces overall.
Disliked: We couldn't get the television in the room to work. It was stuck on one channel. Because we only went back to the room late at night to sleep, not having tv was tolerable. We couldn't get the electric fireplace to work either. There were no instructions for its operation. Once again we just did without. If I experience any of these issues in future, I would call the front desk right away.

Liked: Spacious accommodations... lovely grounds...appreciate the cleanliness of the bathroom. Comfortable and charming inn.
Disliked: Minor details....Roku TV - difficult to find local channel and we were provided no directions/guide/ listing. Coffee pot in room but condiments at lobby.
