Liked: Location was good on the surface ok gentleman there was great couldn’t fault him polite which is what you want
Disliked: not great with the lime scaled kettle and you just wouldn’t use one of the showers it was caked in limescale really off putting there was food in the freezer and loose change in the draws there were some stains on some of the bedding also

Good but a bit disappointing

Liked: We have stayed before about 5 years ago and loved it. However, this time we found it a little tired.
Disliked: I think it is now very expensive for what it is. There are no luxury extras such as bathrobes, there is no hand towel. The bath mat was very ragged. However, the biggest disappointment was no hot breakfast and we could only make our own tea and coffee with only PG tips tea and no other choice.

Disliked: The shower in the main bedroom didn't work.The promotion showed it was part of Goodwood It was not even near it

Liked: Leafy area.
Disliked: Broken large mirror on bathroom door not acceptable. Loose edge paving to steps at entrance. Door shared with owner, not private entry as described. Small fridge in common entrance was used exclusively by owner so no fridge available as stated on Booking dot com.
