A little piece of heaven

Liked: Views to die for. Food was incredible. Excellent service from all staff. Very well appointed rooms.
Disliked: Grouting in bathroom and shower head needed cleaning properly

Liked: Had a room with balcony in the main house, so view was fantastic. Super comfy bed and complete peace and quiet of the location added up to a great night’s sleep. Dinner was really tasty and inventive. Stayed here many times and always love it.
Disliked: Nothing

Lovely country seaside hotel for...

Liked: The view is what is amazing about this hotel and the grounds have several friendly highland cows which were a big treat for us. The staff team are also super communicative and responsive - you can tell they really want to make your stay a good one. We ordered off the menu for breakfast and it was lovely; we noticed others were making up their own orders based off of what was available on the menu. It seemed so luxurious that the staff just accommodated those special orders and that there was a cook to make these breakfasts to order. I also appreciated that it wasn't a breakfast buffet. The quality seemed to be better and I liked that there was no food waste due to buffet items sitting out.
Disliked: Not much to not like. We stayed in the motel like part, outside of the main house. The inside was no frills, not super modern or updated, but for us, that's not important. We just really appreciated the view, that there was hot water in the shower and enjoyed the hot cocoa with marshmallow on the balcony watching the fog roll in. We also ate dinner at the hotel, which was definitely thoughtfully made which we really appreciated. The only thing though was all our dishes were too salty for our taste, but we understand seasoning can be difficult to gauge especially with everyone preferring different amounts of seasoning.

Beautiful view of the Loch,...

Liked: This was a wonderful overnight with a beautiful view of the Loch. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony for the evening. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. They even had some Highland Cows grazing out front. Highly recommended!
Disliked: The outlets in the room could be easier to access from the bed.

Liked: View fantastic, room average, first breakfast cold!
Disliked: Expensive steak inedible, staff member rude and inclined not to recognise there was a fault! Should have kept returning steak, hence guest to blame, incredible! Two people eating and one has to keep returning a steak that was a disgrace to the poor beast that gave up its life to provide the meal. Will turn vegetarian!
