Disliked: Initially allocated the wrong room due a a glitch either at your end or the hotel’s.Suggest you need to check this can’t happen again. Fortunately our original choice, as booked through you, was still available otherwise it could have been a most unsatisfactory situation as the room given to us on checking in wasn’t what we had booked or wanted.
