Liked: Very kind and attentive staff. Great room, clean and comfortable. Amazing location, just 4 mins walking distance from the train station which then allows you to quickly take trains to Cinque terre. Good breakfast. Parking spot for every room.
Disliked: The variety of food during breakfast could be a little wider, but nothing major. I suggest installing soap dispensers, to avoid using monodose format.

Liked: The surroundings of the hotel and the town are really beautiful. A great advantage (I don't know if this can be found directly on the hotel's website) is that they can provide you with a free ticket for local public transport, which will take you conveniently to the beaches and the centre of Torbole and Garda.Also, the dinner, which of course you have to register for in advance, is tasty and the service is good.
Disliked: We did not have a balcony in our room and therefore drying towels from the beach or hotel pool was more complicated. In general, there are rooms of varying quality and it is questionable whether it is just the price that differentiates them.

Disliked: It was not clean. Breakfast was very cheap and not creative. It’s not actually a hotel because my room was in the backyard. Location is far away from Sestri Levante-3km.
