Liked: Breakfast was excellent, and the couple that ran the place were very kind and attentive.
Disliked: Really, no complaints.

Liked: We liked the fact that it was in driving distance. They could make it pet friendly because we have a Shih Tzu that is not a bother. We left her with our son who was here for Christmas.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that there was no drinking cups in the bathroom sink.

Stayed at better places

Liked: We came for the Balloon Fiesta and it was close by
Disliked: We enquired about getting to the Balloon Fiesta the answer was you could watch it in their backyard...! Not really helpful. The room was full of silly nick nacks and decorations that were dusty. No where to really sit and you had to sit on the bed at an angle to watch the TV which was very uncomfortable, The bed frame was wooden but the wood scratched you as you got out of bed. There was no washing machine at all and no bar fridge in the room. The alcove for "outdoor seating" was dirty and dusty. As we went to the Balloon Fiesta each morning very early no other arrangements were offered for breakfast. Not a big deal but it would have been nice to have been asked. We also had to carry our bags to the room over pebbles so you couldn't roll them. Towels & bedding etc only changed if you asked. There was a old spa bath outside but we didn't use it as it looked a bit grimy. Then we got hassled to write a review .....

Great spot to stay!

Liked: Very charming southwest adobe style home with lots of comfortable places to relax and a beautiful patio. It was easy access to the balloon festival. The breakfasts were delicious. Danny and Sarah were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Hot tub. Sauna. Gluten free. Clean. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. Nice property and set up
Disliked: Quiet signs by the bedrooms might help. Doors close loudly. You can hear talking from common areas in the room. Hard to nap or sleep in.
