Liked: Very comfortable rooms, tastefully decorated. Lovely old property, well maintained. Owner, Steve very friendly. Marius very efficient, attentive & helpful. Great breakfast. Check in & Check out were very easy.Overall it made for a really lovely stay in Llanelli. Would definitely book again.

Liked: This is a lovely place to stay. Clean and well equipped, my room was spacious and comfortable with a large TV and chairs to sit in (unlike some hotels where you have to sit on the bed.)I proper bath and a separate shower was a nice luxury
Disliked: I wish I could have stayed longer

Hidden Gem

Liked: Marius and Claire were excellent. Couldn’t do enough for me. Marius is an excellent Chef and Claire was a pleasure to chat to at the Bar. This is a hidden gem. Plenty of parking with good decor and furnishings.
Disliked: Hate adding this bit as this stay would have been a full 10 out of 10 on all counts but the plumbing needs an upgrade. When staying away a decent shower in the morning is essential. The small shower cubicle and electric dribble shower let the place down. Maybe my room (no 3 Calon) is the only one in this situation I don’t know. Only other thing I wasn’t keen on was the macerating toilet. Made hell of a noise but this is an old building and although with modern decor and fittings maybe the plumbing is not an east fix

Disliked: Sound insulation not great between rooms but this wouldn’t put me off staying again as it’s so lovely.

Exceptional

Liked: Just got back from a one night stay and what a hidden gem this place is. Beautiful property in a lovely quiet location, easy check in and great communication from Steve. Marius the chef was lovely and done a stunning breakfast for us at our chosen time. We stayed in the cusan room and what a beautiful room highly recommend for anyone who wants to fully unwind and have a special treat. Will definitely be back for another stay. Thank you Steve and Marius I am now fully refreshed for the week ahead
