Stay was decent overall.

Liked: Location was great. Staff was friendly. Room had plenty of space.
Disliked: Floors seemed worn. There was a spot on the floor where there was a hole that my wife and daughter almost tripped on a couple times. And we could hear the people above us very loudly.

Exceptional

Liked: Right on the water. Within walking distance of some businesses otherwise within walking distance of the Trolley. The salmon chowder and cookies were a nice surprise to the experience. Breakfast was amazing!

Passable

Liked: Breakfast was adequate. Some variety would have been nice. The midday cookies and 5pm chowder are a nice touch. The hot tub is nice and hot with strong jets.
Disliked: Not a fan of the pillows. A weird combo of heavy and squishy. Needed better support for my neck. The bathroom could use a nightlight.

Comforatble, clean, and affordable.

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. Great chowder and cookies.
Disliked: The pool was small. The hotel was a little far for walking to the downtown area.

Liked: Location was great. The access to the walking trail was perfect. The beds were comfy. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful. The breakfast staff was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: The front desk staff were not very friendly.
