Lovely stay in a converted...

Liked: Service from staff and manager was exceptional. We wanted for nothing .Food was plentiful and of very high standard and very trasty. Best breakfast we ever had all freshly made .

Enjoyable stay

Liked: Staff were very friendly & helpful. The pool was clean & warm & the steam & sauna room were excellent. Our room was large & the beds were very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was delicious & our waiter was extremely polite & friendly.

Superb

Liked: We booked the family room and I was so impressed with size and how comfortable the room was.Nice little extras like Welsh cakes and hot chocolate. Friendly, helpful staff especially the lady who served us breakfast and was great at reassuring me that they could safely cater to my coeliac and allergies. The food was such good quality and beautifully presented and very tasty. We will definitely be back to try out the facilities next time.
Disliked: Few little snags were the shower room. The sink hole looked grimy. The rubber seal around the shower looked a bit grotty, the shower doors were not very clean

Liked: Friendly helpful staff. Not too big. Food was good. Leisure facilities good. Will return.
Disliked: Very sloping ceilings in the bedroom. No comfy chair in the room. Noise from farm at 0430 onwards.

Not the best

Liked: The beds were comfy and the pool facilities were warm and inviting.
Disliked: I paid good money to be told the bar had closed at 5pm, pool shuts at 6pm and restaurant wasn't open for that evening. Disappointed! Room had paper thin walls, we could hear the man next door to us.We were the only ones at breakfast and the bacon was rock hard!

A great budget friendly spa...

Liked: An extremely budget friendly hotel. We booked it on a Saturday for £112 for two of us. This included the hotel room, full use of the leisure facilities (pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room) and breakfast included. For £56 each, we felt this was an absolute bargain. Not to mention all the staff members were extremely friendly, the hotel was clean and the location was tranquil - perfect for a couples spa getaway. We also booked a reservation for food on the evening, which was very pleasant. Food & service was excellent. Both my partner and I booked a Swedish massage, which was super relaxing. I was sad when it was over. Thank you very much, highly recommended.
Disliked: We had to leave!
