This location and the establishment...

Liked: Right from the outset - when booking the room - every aspect of this stay was exceptional. The host was genuinely and properly interested in us and why were in the area and catered for our needs with this knowledge in mind. We parked on the property's driveway, there was a personal welcome note pinned on the front door on arrival but almost immediately the host joined us and helped us carry our luggage to the room he had allocated. Very soon afterwards he offered to move us to a larger room which was available for the whole of our stay.
Disliked: I can see that pre-ordering breakfast is very helpful for the host but sometimes I find it difficult to make food choices several hours ahead. However, I am happy to comply when everything else, as here, was so very well organised and I'm sure that any change to our original choice would have been accommodated.

Liked: Beautiful little guest house, fabulous decor, loved the art too. Glyn, the host, couldn't do enough to make us feel welcomed. Highly recommended, as is a meal at the Riverside pub at the bottom of the road (also, it seems, run by the indefatigable Glyn).
Disliked: Nothing at all
