Below usual high standards.
Disliked: Bathroom could of been cleaner, few ladies long hairs in Bath from out of Bath slip mat.

Exceptional
Liked: Staff were amazing, and the hotel was lovely and clean. Great breakfast with lots of choice.

Exceptional
Liked: We have stayed in the hotel a handful of times with and without children and we cannot fault it! Staff are always really welcoming and facilities are brilliant. We do not have dogs ourselves, but we love that the hotel allows them to stay too!!
Disliked: Not the hotels issue, but the approach roads are really in need of some attention potholes and verges are dangerous.

Disliked: Furniture dated.Make sure the extractor fan is on before people use the room, along with all other facilities such as cups!!Hanging new towels, etc, on the door and not coming later in the day the sort room.

BACK AGAIN AT LLECHWEN HALL
Liked: This was our 6th visit to Llechwen Hall, surely high praise to how we keep going back for more.
Disliked: Should have asked for a room with a walk in shower but then again if you don't ask you don't get !!

Business traveller
Liked: I have stayed at Llechwen Hall Hotel a number of times. It is very well located for my needs. Free parking on site. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was very comfortable, with free wifi. The steak I had was very good and perfectly cooked for my taste. Breakfast is from 07.00am and again was very good.
Disliked: My only negative comments are that the wi-fi is not secure, although no issue for me and the sides for the steak I thought were a little expensive. However, I would thoroughly recommend Llechwen Hall Hotel and will stay here again when in the area.
