Exceptional

Liked: Excellent room, location great, spotlessly clean.
Disliked: On Checking in the staff were pleasant and chatty but after that we were not acknowledged at all each time we passed back and fore to our room. The male receptionist didn't look up at all x also my eggs were cold at breakfast and I had to ask them to be rewarmed.

Very enjoyable

Liked: Very hospitable. Extremely clean. Nice & quiet.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a comfortable armchair to sit on, chairs were quite uncomfortable. Also a rug would have made it cosier.
