Awesome hotel
Liked: Everything! Location, Friendly staff, clean, fast, etc
Disliked: I stay at this hotel every time I come to the twin cities. I really enjoy it being close to a lot of things, but yet far enough away where it's quiet.

Nice room. Smelled like smoke.
Liked: Beds, location, breakfast
Disliked: Smoke filled room after requesting non smoking because my son is asthmatic. The Smokey room affected our stay. Secondly, our neighbour was busy toking up and the smell of weed filled the hall for a while further causing issue for my son. I was texted by the hotel when I arrived—I responded to the text and their email—no response. I went downstairs 2x nobody to be seen.

Pleasantly surprised, not blown away.
Liked: The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very pleasant for a hotel! I enjoyed the design of the room as well, very calming
Disliked: The AC was set to 60 but it felt super warm in the room. AC is a huge factor for my sleep so if every LivINN room doesn't get very cold then I'll be going somewhere else

Pretty good
Liked: The rooms were nice and comfy
Disliked: Don't get the romance package; they put fake flowers on the floor (like the ones you bring to the cemetery)
