Great breakfast, awful beds

Liked: I loved the breakfast staff they were incredibly friendly and helpful!!
Disliked: The bed was AWFUL!! Felt like I was sleeping on a brick. We were told we would have a big recliner in the room, and the room had a puny little chair...would have taken my chances with the recliner if I had the choice... pictures posted of what we got and what I was told we would have...

Excellent location, staff, location, great...

Liked: This hotel was great. Beds comfy, staff was exceptional, breakfast was better than the average.
Disliked: Pool was too cold to swim in.
