Convenient and comfortable

Liked: Very old. Everything. Household appliance leakage few times in the kitchen when we stay. Many furniture damaged. One night charged, we feel too expensive for that price.
Disliked: Need to fix damaged before customers stay.

Liked: The indoor pool and both indoor and outdoor hot tubs were great. Enjoyed the happy hour choices. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Prior to coming, we enquired about the bbq's being available during our stay and were assured that they would be. Upon arriving, we saw that bbq area was buried in snow. It took 2 days of requests before it was cleared for use. Also, there seems to be a gap between availabile on-line services. We tried booking an Aqua path time at the spa only to be told that they book up "about 6 days in advance". Our booking was for 4 nights. Ran out of toilet paper. Upon asking a housekeeping staff in the hallway for a roll, I was told that I had to request that through the front desk... Really? This was our second stay here... and most likely, our last

Lovely place

Liked: Balcony and view, lots of space, I enjoyed the amenities. Hotel restaurant has a great charcuterie board
Disliked: Not a fan that I get accosted by a time share salesperson right when I walk in
