Liked: The spacious bed, hallway, bathroom and pool
Disliked: That there where not dresser or storage drawers in the bedroom or a vanity for toiletries in the washroom

Very good

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful. Very good amenities but I wish there were still arcades for kids. The room we booked had enough space for our family of five with a small kitchenette if you wanted to cook.

BED BUG INFESTATION, CARELESS MANAGEMENT

Disliked: BED BUGS!!!!! DISGUSTING and the Management is CARELESS! My stay at this resort was an absolute nightmare due to ADULT BED BUGS in the room. I reported the issue immediately, but the staff has yet to issue a refund or offer any resolution. The lack of urgency and communication is incredibly disappointing, especially given the severity of the situation. Until they resolve these issues and prioritize customer satisfaction, I WOULD NEVER recommend this resort to anyone!!!

overpaid and underwhelmed

Liked: room was ok.
Disliked: have stayed here many times in the past- hotel has gone downhill - common areas not clean - getting tired - definitely attracting a different clientele than in pass.
