Excellent stay, although not perfect...

Liked: Staff are friendly.
Disliked: The property is not supervised 24/7. There was a drunk guy been shouting on the hall during out stay.

An uncomfortable stay in which...

Liked: Convenient location to access ski hills.
Disliked: 1) The check-in process. We were told the room would be ready if we were to extend our stay for an additional night, but upon arrival, a reception staff member kept telling us that no room was ready (in our early morning check-out we were told that 30 rooms were available) and insisted that we wait for the fastest room available and that would be only 319. 2) The air in room 319 was very dry and stuffy. The electric heater would make loud intermittent noises overnight, consistently interrupting our sleep. No one had a good night sleep!
