Comfortable and efficient hotel in...

Liked: Outstanding location directly adjacent to the Viktualienmarkt in central Munich. Walking distance to all of the sites, beer halls, etc. Hotel staff, from the front desk to the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Really liked this hotel and will return in the future.
Disliked: I never had hot water in the room. Only warm, at best. I reported the problem to the hotel on the first morning, but they were unable to fix. On the second morning, they offered me a different room, but it was too late for me as I departed the following morning.
