Liked: We liked the location of the hotel, near the shopping streets and old town.
Disliked: When we arrived we were given a room that was outside the hotel kinda over looking a car park considering the amount of money we paid. We had to upgrade and pay more to get a room inside the hotel.Staff were unfriendly and we were not told about breakfast, dining, the bar , no information given. Just a room key and off you go.We tried to get a drink at the bar at 10pm and we were told no it's closed.No room service for food or drink.We asked for an extra blanket and as munich is freezing cold we were told he couldn't give us one till morning. Until I asked again the following night then I got one.We had a double bed but we were given 2 single duvets . For the price we paid to stay here it was not worth the money and I go back to munich but not at this hotel..Friendliness and looking after your guests costs nothing.

Liked: Super cosy room with funky lighting options, fab shower and comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Complementary Gluhwein and stollen in the reception area. Perfect location for visiting the Christmas markets.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

Liked: The location was perfect. It was clean and the front desk staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Our room was a little smaller than I would like. The fact that the one wall was slanted made the room much smaller.
