Disliked: I was very disappointed with my experience during this stay. The maintenance issue with the air filter required two visits to fix, and despite this major disruption to sleep that night because of the noise the unit made (like someone was drilling every 15 minutes), we were never offered a room upgrade. I had to go back to the front desk a second time and speak with a manager just to get some form of compensation for a sleepless night. She offered 20% off, which seemed reasonable at the time, but I later found out it was only 20% off one night and not our whole stay. Given that I barely slept that night due to the issue, this hardly seemed fair.In addition, room service was only available from one restaurant (they have 4), and you had to spend $50 to use it, yet the menus didn’t show any prices. The service also felt intrusive: the maid came to clean an hour before checkout, and then knocked and entered our room a half hour before we were due to leave. On top of that, we had a toilet flood, and it took over half an hour for someone to show up with a plunger. We were also only given 3 towels for 4 people, and after everything, I was too tired to keep calling, so I ended up drying off with hand towels.Overall, this stay did not meet my expectations, and the various issues we experienced were handled poorly.
