Liked: Overall the property was beautiful
Disliked: The check in was horrible and notification of room ready was non existent! I checked in around 4:30, my payment was secured, after which I was informed that my room was not ready, and I would receive a text message when it was ready. At 7:40 I returned to the front desk to inquire about my room being ready and was received with stares, as the agent on duty couldn’t believe that I never received notification. As we were talking and she was assigning me a room, the manager on duty Ms Vyera - sent the text notification at 7:43pm as she stood at the other end of the front desk! I was furious and the agent helping me was very apologetic. There was no need to send the notification if I was at the desk being assigned a room. I was however thankful for the timestamp to confirm the time that I was notified

Room okay but Hotel Manager...

Liked: Location.
Disliked: The hotel refused to honor the contract with Booking our reservation that stated that the breakfast and parking were free and at no cost to me. The hotel only gave us (my husband and I) a $15 credit towards our breakfast and not the total cost of breakfast. Terrible! This is false advertising by Booking and/or the hotel. I should not have been forced to pay the cost. Bad business practices.

Liked: Very elegant. Four diamond rating. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Very modern design. Saw a show and spent the night. Recommend highly.
