I would stay again but...

Liked: Room was clean and beds were very comfortable and on the whole we enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: Requested ground floor rooms as no lift as had a couple of elderly people with me. The bathroom had nowhere to put your clothes or really anything else down and NO GRIP RAIL OR HANDLE or even an in shower grip mat to help when the shower became slippery. Its an easy thing to be installed and would make elderly people a lot more comfortable and not to mention safe. The wardrobe could do with a couple of shelves as there was all hanging space but only two hangers provided.

Great value over night stay

Liked: This was an overnight stay for one of our staff members. Booking and checking in was an easy process. Room was clean. Good location

Liked: Lovely room and comfy bed - very clean and quiet.
Disliked: Upgraded but not happy that 2 storey so bathroom downstairs and bedroom upstairs- not most convenient if unsure on your feet in the night.

Disliked: Under refurb/ slow internet/ further away/ breakfast from 8am.
