Overall very happy with stay

Liked: Rooms very modern, clean and comfortable . Location excellent. Staff very helpful
Disliked: Help with case would have been good, as had to carry up and down stairs as on floor 2 1/2 .Booking.com site for room I booked stated lots more room amenities than was actually true . On several occasions had to climb stairs as lift door not shut on upper level

Liked: Location was wonderful because I was within 30 minutes walk of everything i wanted to visit. The immediate streets are very interesting once I left the main streets.
Disliked: Umm the bed could be more comfortable.

Liked: The location was great for getting to all the tourist destinations. The local area was also great for food and drinks. Highly recommended.

Disliked: The extremely disappointing ‘view’ after an extremely long flight to have a view of a carpark was very upsetting when we thought our view was a monument view….this holiday was for my husband’s birthday so it immediately put a dampener on our stay add the fact that our driver we booked forgot to turn up and we were left to join a ridiculous long queue at the taxi rank. we utterly exhausted by the time we eventually arrived which was over an hour after our arrival ….communication was poor!
