Liked: Staff were exceptional, and the location of the hotel is within walking distance of all attractions
Disliked: Room was a little tight and lacked sufficient trash cans, but after speaking with staff they were happy to collect regularly.

Liked: The hotel was very comfortable. The location was great, with easy access to buses and many of the antiquities we wanted to see. We were directly across the street from some of the ancient temples, as well as an important cat sanctuary. The ancient site is full of healthy, well fed neutered cats who are a delight to see. The breakfast was very good and served on a lovely glass in enclosed patio patio. They had a heater that made it comfortable even in the winter.
Disliked: The breakfast buffet is crowded but it’s in a very lovely old building in downtown Rome. It worked fine and the breakfast was great.

Liked: Very clean property, nice modern room and excellent location

Good location but need for...

Liked: Location was really good, everything was reachable by foot
Disliked: Really noisy room, tram is passing really close to the windows including not only hearing but also feeling the tram laying in bed, waking up at night. Also hearing other guests and common rooms all the time. Moreover operational hours from 9-4 for finalizing check in is not acceptable for operating an hotel. Additionally shower is leaking, leaving the bathroom really wet and implying the need for cleaning after each shower.

Horrible hotel and cooperative staff

Liked: The staff was really nice and cooperative.
Disliked: This is not a 3-star hotel as it is advertised. It is a small guest house and I expected something very different. The lift was really small and the entrance was shabby. Not worth €380 that I paid for three nights especially because it is the opposite of what is advertised. Avoid at all costs
