Liked: Rooms were gorgeous and modern. Loved the decor.Staff were attentive, friendly and informative.Beds were extremely comfy.Location isn't quite in the city, although there is a fee restaurants around. It's quite a walk to lake and city.

Liked: This was the most comfortable bed I have ever experienced - and I have seen a good amount of beds.
Disliked: Not much, it was a little further away from things than I realised. The block blinds didn’t work so I was awoken with sunrise.

Got it on the cheap...

Liked: General areas were nice and clean, strong fragrance which I didn’t mind. Honour system was different and cool.
Disliked: Bed was way too soft and you sunk in it, hard to sleep and both woke up with back and rib pain.Air con on level 6 wasnt working. Parking was confusing, LN car park was full, they had 5 free bays for drop off that we couldn’t use even for an hour and after going in and out of the foyer three times was told to park in the general car park - would’ve been good to know this at the start. No entry to the hotel via car park due to security reasons was odd too given you would need a hotel card to get to your room.

Liked: The bed was like sleeping on clouds and the view outside was fantastic, had the blinds open and slept with the stars.

Liked: The location was great. We really enjoyed the public spaces the hotel provided
Disliked: The rooms were too small, the mattress was like sleeping on a water bed and was not comfortable at all and the pillows were lovely to look at all puffed up but terrible for sleeping. They really need to up the mattress and pillows situation.
