Liked: The welcome was very warm and efficient right from the start, my room wasn't ready but I was shown to the library area. The room itself was very well appointed and beautiful
Disliked: to be honest I couldn't fault my stay it was the perfect place I was only sorry not to be staying for more than one night!

An exceptional hotel in a...

Liked: The quality facilities and inclusions set this hotel apart.The staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The location was quiet, central and conveniently located. The secure undercover parking was a real bonus. The weekend rates were very attractive. The Japanese inspired decor fitted in perfectly with our visit to the National Gallery.
Disliked: We thoroughly enjoyed our visit so there wasn't anything we didn't like.
