Fabulous location for couples with...

Liked: The rooftop lounge and bar was a fabulous space to relax. Modern facilities including T2 and coffee machines in the room and rooftop. Loved the shower products, including hair conditioner, and comfy bed. Wonderful helpful staff. Perfect location to walk to Circular Key, Darling Harbour and Pitt Street mall. Conveniently located next to Wynyard Station. Climbing over hubby to get in and out of bed was interesting and funny at times for us in our late 50s.
Disliked: Only suitable for couples. I would love to stay here with a couple of girlfriends but no triple rooms and too expensive for a single.

Great location when exploring Sydney.

Liked: Good location, close to all amenities, great as a base when exploring Sydney.
Disliked: The majority of rooms have beds which require one party climbing over the other, as you cannot traverse around the footboard. This was not a problem to us, but needs to be taken into consideration when booking.

Comfy beds but the room...

Liked: The bed is one of the most comfortable you'll ever sleep in. The channels on the block out blinds are amazing in ensuring zero light gets in so you can sleep in. We stayed here 3 years ago and the beds are still great.
Disliked: The rooms smell musty and moldy. We got our rooms changed and found they both smelt the same. The smell comes from the shower area in the bathroom. It's evident that the strip drains do not get cleaned. If you lift the tile insert up, there's about a kilo of hair in there, enough to make a wig. I'm sure this is attributing to the funky smell.
