Liked: It was the perfect solution for us! We needed a place for my family to stay while I had a procedure at UVA. It was clean, stylish, charming and very convenient! We’ll definitely be back. PS Dave Brubeck’s “Take Five” on vinyl was a great touch!

Highly recommend

Liked: Friendly front desk staff. Surprisingly large room with nice couch, chairs, large bathroom and comfortable bed. Very clean. Delightful decor, and the working record player was a fun touch. Great location near restaurants and UVA but on a quiet street away from the noise of traffic/students.
Disliked: Bottled water in the room would have been nice (or a filtered dispenser in a common area).

They literally stole money from...

Liked: They told me as I was checking out that it would be $523 dollars ….they billed my credit card $662….extremely disappointed in the bait and switch…..I was told by the clerk, I know her name, that $523 included ALL taxes and fees. She lied to me and I just don’t want to believe they would do that but they did…
Disliked: They lied to me about the rates they charge. Be VERY AWARE.

Liked: Location was great and I thought the decor and service were top notch.
Disliked: My primary complaint was that the room was incredibly bright during nighttime. I had to figure out how to block light from the bathroom window and closing the bathroom door did little since it was translucent. Then, light poured around the shades. I suggested adding curtains which would have made a big difference. I also think the location of the room I stayed in made it particularly susceptible to additional light.
