Overall, it was a good...

Liked: Nice place. Convenient location
Disliked: I guess the woman who did breakfasts was on vacation & the people who replaced her didn’t want anything to do with it, so breakfasts were kind of lacking the first 3-4 days I was there. Also, someone who worked there had a dog that would run out from a room in the back of the hotel and bark at me every time I walked by. I never once heard the owner call the dog off & I got a dirty look once when around the 5th time the dog had run at me, I tried talking nicely to it. Anyone really afraid of dogs wouldn’t have been in a good position! It was very startling at times, though, as it was!

laziness or lack of care...

Liked: i called ahead of time to make sure i could receive a package being sent the day i arrived. the staff didnt go to the post office as promised for 3 days after i checked out to get it as promised causing extra travel time and cost due to me having to wait in the area for my package.
Disliked: staff doing as promised

Liked: Clean comfortable room! Excellent breakfast.
Disliked: The main floor ice machine/hot tub/pool were all unavailable.

Excellent for a one night...

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and was great for a one night stay!
Disliked: Air con in room was a bit loud

Liked: Price,room was very nice deluxe double Queen 2 beds.
Disliked: Cold breakfast saug.eggs bacon waffles cereal,etc. Second morning main dish was what I call SOS. Also they allow dogs one barking 6:45 am. on second floor.

Don’t stay here

Liked: While making reservations I call ahead of time to make sure my room is still available. While doing this I asked if there was a pool because there were race competitors and family staying and would like to swim in the afternoon between practice and the race. I was told yes they had a pool but was not told it was closed. When I went down to the desk to bring the food that was left in our room fridge I noticed nobody in the pool and the water was clearly not circulating. She smirked and said the pool was closed. Why weren’t were all told this when I called. So disappointed and never will stay again.
Disliked: When the cost of a room is a little higher than others I assumed it’s because of the pool. When the pool is out of order that price should be reduced.
