Good place to stay

Liked: Always like staying here. Staff has always been friendly to me. Rooms are clean.
Disliked: The pool and hot tub has been down for months with no answer for when it will be back up.

Disappointing

Liked: Proximity is to family.
Disliked: Everything was dirty or broken (indoor pool was shut down and elevator was out of service the entire stay. Bedding was stained as well and there was no hot water or water pressure . There was also a group of hockey players staying at the time with little to no parental supervision. Running up and down the halls all night, slamming doors throwing things and smearing gum into the carpets.
