Disliked: Tried repeatedly to call and confirm reservation - phone was never answered.

Nice building but no service

Liked: The building is nice and it was close to the things we were doing.
Disliked: They didn't have anyone at the front desk. If we needed anything we had to use a radio to call them. We were there 4 nights and did not have any housekeeping. We had to go ask for towels. When we called for a toilet plunger we were told yes they have one but we need to go down to get it. They served breakfast but they would clean it up early and my daughter heard the staff talking about what they would add to the left overs that they take home.

Liked: I wish hotels would offer less choices for breakfast, but offer better tasting food - ie) fresh cooked real eggs instead of out of a carton - maybe good bread for toast and one kind of fresh homemade muffin and another protein like healthy non sugar greek yogurt - and one fruit, be it a banana, apple or orange - and that's it. Healthier and tasty

Pricey for what you get.

Liked: Rooms were clean. Staff was pleasant and courteous. Great location.
Disliked: Pool & hot tub were closed the entire 3 week stay. Staff was polite, but often not present. I personally watched people come and go because they could find anyone at the desk.

Disliked: Breakfast was very picked over/poorly planned by 7am on a Saturday. Pool was closed.

Liked: Nice place. Convenient location
Disliked: I guess the woman who did breakfasts was on vacation & the people who replaced her didn’t want anything to do with it, so breakfasts were kind of lacking the first 3-4 days I was there. Also, someone who worked there had a dog that would run out from a room in the back of the hotel and bark at me every time I walked by. I never once heard the owner call the dog off & I got a dirty look once when around the 5th time the dog had run at me, I tried talking nicely to it. Anyone really afraid of dogs wouldn’t have been in a good position! It was very startling at times, though, as it was!
