Disliked: i SHOULD HAVE BOOKED DIRECT , i HAD TO LEAVE A DAY EARLY BUT i PAID YOU DIRECT IN ADVANCE. NO MONEY BACK.I WILL ALWAYS BOOK WITH THE HOTEL FROM NOW ON. i PAID YOU GUYS IN ADVANCE FOR 2 DAYS BUT COULD ONLY STAY FOR ONE BBECAUSE i LOST SIGHT IN ONE EYE.

Good

Disliked: Pillows were plentiful but uncomfortable.Kids were allowed to run/scream/play in hallways until almost midnight.Desk phone ringing then as well. Results in poor sleep for us "old" people!

We had a relaxing stay.

Liked: Clean. Roomy room. Quiet. We appreciated the compostable plates.
Disliked: I wish breakfast would be healthier with better ingredients. Front desk staff should be dressed appropriately for the job.

Did not stay

Disliked: I don't think your services help, my hotel was full and set for the wrong day, so not only did I not stay here, but I didn't get my money back or the date changed. 2 hotels in one day both booked both no refund, both no date change. Booking.com sucks.

We would not choose this...

Liked: The location was just where we wanted to be.
Disliked: The smell of the room. The bed was OK. The pool was smaller than pictured - decided not to use.
