Nice and cozy stay in...

Liked: We came for a second year running and were a bit disappointed, despite our love for the place.The venue is so charming and makes you feel cozy where ever you are, whether in the bedroom, at the bar or having dinner.The bed was the highlight of the weekend, really spacious and comfortable, perfect to relax and watch your favourite show! The robes are also amazing :)The food is also very good, we tried almost the entire menu and everything was spot on.
Disliked: This time, it felt like the service was not quite up there and could be improved.Service at the bar was a bit slow during dinner, as a lot of people come from outside the hotel just for dinner.Despite asking to refresh the room, no one came to tight up the room. Small adjustments can be made to make the guests more valued.

Liked: The property was clean, the staff was attentive, and it was a good location for our needs.

Bad experience, wouldn’t recommend

Disliked: Air conditioning unit made loud noises every 2 minutes, the restaurant cooked a medium steak with a burnt flavoring that was inedible, the price was over $750/night, the room decoration were old and outlets too few, and their coffee maker’s cord was so short you had put in on the floor to make coffee. $150/night should be their highest price for this level of stay.

Wonderful and peaceful stay in...

Liked: - The king size bed was amazing! And the room was spacious- The friendliness of the staff, who kindly helped us with a TV connection issue which took time to fix!- Food was excellent, we tried most of the menu and even stayed for the brunch on Sunday, where the Croque Madame was delightful- The bar has an incredible vibe, chalet-like- Nice trails around the property to go for runs- Great wifi connexion
Disliked: - Nothing much, I would recommend adding some slippers to go with the dressing gowns :)
