Disliked: The room that I was in was not clean, had piss stain sheets, hair all over the bed underneath them bedding, blood stains on the sheets

Liked: The little America had very good and caring staff members to represent the establishment
Disliked: Not a thing I disliked about little America On the other hand. Booking.com had messed up the booking pretty bad. We almost didn’t get the room due them not able to find us but luckily the staff was godly and fixed booking.coms problem and to top it off by adding a fee it was my first time using third party services for hotels I do not recommend especially due to the 50$ convenience fee where I can do the same without it

Cozy, beautiful weekend stay at...

Liked: This is the only hotel we stay at when coming to Salt Lake. It is so clean, very comfortable, beautiful surroundings, rooms are so spacious and wonderful staff. We love going to breakfast at the Coffee Shop.

Liked: Liked the atmosphere, decor, feel of everything.
Disliked: I booked online for two queen beds at a discounted price. When we get there we are given two full beds in the building outside of the tower. I booked for two QUEENS, not two full beds. I was lied to and I think because I booked at a sale price, they gave me less. Not happy about this. Then front desk tells me they are full with no open rooms in the tower. I worked in a hotel, ur told to lie to keep the customer from arguing and complaining. I feel this is what happened. If they have a sale then they need to inform the customer where the rooms will be located! I felt booking was deceiving.
