I would choose LA over...
Liked: The layout, cleanliness and the environment. So beautiful. Loved the “lodge” concept. The staff were so kind and engaging. The beds were so comfortable! We didn’t want to get up.
Disliked: There wasn’t anything to complain about or not like.

Superb
Liked: Location! Off the interstate, so it is quiet, which is hard to find in Cheyenne. The room (both nights) was extra large and very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The facility has a very nice lounge on the property. We stayed two nights, which was not planned. The front desk staff the first night(Oct 12) was fabulous -- and actually a very large part of why we went back for a second night. The one person at the front desk on the second night(Oct 13) was not very nice, polite, or attentive -- we may not have gone back if she had been our first contact. The lounge staff was perfect in every way! The property has some rooms in separate buildings -- along with the main building.
Disliked: No elevator. We stayed, both nights, in a building separate from the main building -- on the second floor.
